CAN I SHARE MY SUITE

YES! Suite sharing is allowed for an additional $25 a week . Both suite renters will be required to sign a lease and carry insurance.

CAN I HIRE AN ASSISTANT/APPRENTICE?

Absolutely! However must sign a legal document that they work directly for you and are not rendering their own services. This must be set up with management prior to their employment.

WHAT IF I REFER SOMEONE ONCE IM A RENTER?

We love referrals, to show our appreciation once they sign their lease you will receive one weeks free rent!

CAN I PAINT MY SUITE?

You may paint and decorate your suite to fit your brand and business provided nothing is permanently changed. All suites must be returned exactly as it was upon termination of lease.

DOES A SUITE LIFE HAVE A RECEPTIONIST?

No, we believe one of the perks of owning your own suite is having the total freedom of your own schedule. You will be responsible for booking your own clients and checking them out.

Do I need to take my laundry home with me?

There is an onsite washer and dryer and each suite is permitted to do one load a week.

ARE THERE SECURITY CAMERAS?

Yes, security cameras are located in the halls and outside for your safety.

WHO CLEANS MY SUITE?

Each suite renter is responsible for the cleanliness of their suite.
